Everything in your life is a reflection of a choice you have made. If you want a different result, make a different choice.

- At the end of today, before you get ready for bed, write down the number ONE things you want to achieve tomorrow.

Thank you!
I just try to control the controllable. My environment is something I can control. So yes, everyday I put myself in the best space to get the task done. One small choice I can make to help me succeed is to believe. We have to make that choice everyday.
That is awesome!
Instead of asking my daughter to create different sequences in my PowerPoint presentations, I took the time to learn how to do it for myself ( she simply slowly showed me what to do) Now I can tailor my presentations to meet any specific needs and time constraints. I am so grateful!
Nice Eileen! Great job and way to adapt!
To an extent I am an architect of what happens to me. I can’t control others or their actions which may affect what happens to me. I can control what I tolerate and how I react.
I found if I prep everything the night before for the next day I have a better morning. I need to do that every night so I can have stress free mornings.
Taking notes after a practice or game. This helps me gather my thoughts and identify encouragements, reminders, my identity, and my why.
I would like to address the small choices I make to have produced great results for me. I consider myself organized and taking steps in my professional life to become a master teacher has been very important to me. My preparation for my classes are purposeful and deliberate. In turn, the results are evident.
gm, I do believe we are the Architects of our lives. I always say that change starts with you! ( regardless of what other people are doing) One practice I try to do is a small step ever day. I have big goals, but a small step ( an email, phone call, research) goes a long way towards your ultimate goal!
I want to document both my admissions before 1 pm.
I will be the architect of the structure of my day.
This is difficult because it is difficult to gear how long each appointment will take.
I will not leave my office or answer any emails until the documentation for these admission is completed.
I am an at architect of what happens. But I am not a very good one. For example, I figured out how to limit my phone usage and I now act on it. I made it much harder to access YouTube, so I don’t mindlessly click on it. Every night, I delete YouTube, so in the morning and afternoon, I am more focused and more efficient.
But there are so many more aspects that I struggle to act on or do.
Such as changing my sleep schedule. It has gotten miles better, but as of now, I wake up at the time I want in the morning 4/7times on average.
