Self-confidence is a superpower. Once you start to believe in yourself, magic starts happening.
GET OUT OF YOUR FEELINGS AND TAKE ACTION
I’ve noticed that individuals that lack confidence, usually talk about thoughts and feelings, while individuals that have an abundance of confidence, are usually focused on taking action.
This tells me that we need to let thoughts & feelings go and just get moving. It helps when we support our actions with enthusiasm. I believe that enthusiasm is the fuel of any successful task.
I’ve noticed that most successful people maintain a certain level of enthusiasm, no matter how go or bad things might get. When they are up, they are not through the roof and when they are down, they are not in deep sorrow. They don’t focus on the small stuff and they keep a fairly steady level of positive energy.
We can’t control how we feel but we can certainly control what we do about how we feel. Our thoughts, decisions and actions are all affected by our state of mind so we should control how we live instead of letting little things have power over us.

The Learning Retention Pyramid is a theoretical model that illustrates the various methods by which one can learn and each methodβs respective expected percentage of retention. This concept illustrates how well you may be able to retain information based on the various methods that you can use to learn (i.e. listening to a lecture, reading a book, etc.). Knowing about the Learning Retention Pyramid can help you gain a better understanding of how you can effectively comprehend new information thatβs given to you.
The Learning Pyramid was originally created by the National Training Laboratories Institute during the 1960s, and while some have recreated it over time, the primary information from the original model remains the same. This model posits that teaching information to others is the most effective way to learn it yourself, and the best way to make sure the material is stored in your long-term memory.
Here is a visual depiction of this model:

FACTS ABOUT A MORNING ROUTINE:
The morning routine helps us set the tone for the day, better allowing us to control our schedules rather than our schedule controlling us. As we start each day fresh, we can better focus on what is in front of us, where to prioritize our time, and, ultimately, increase our productivity.
