βIf you don’t see yourself as a winner, then you cannot perform as a winner.” ~Zig Ziglar
WINNERS WIN AND LOSERS LOSE | ERIC THOMAS
- Meditate for TWO minutes. If you already have meditation in your routine, challenge yourself to find a different point in your day to do an additional TWO minutes [on purpose – meaning to not see it as extra or unnecessary.]
- Pretend you are speaking to someone age 9. Please summarize how to become great at something [your choice] in SEVEN steps or less.

1 Decide something you want to be great at that motivates you, something that you love doing and you want to improve on.
2 Find someone who can hold you responsible whenever you do not want to work
3 Make a plan
4 Set clearly defined, doable goals
5 Work hard and smart
6 Check your goals to make sure they are not too comfortable (read: easy), making them harder as needed
7 Do the above two steps until you become great.
1. Find something you love to do
2. Find someone who can teach you about what you love and can help you with what you love like a coach
3. Make goals on what you want to accomplish
4. Work at it practice figure out what you can do to improve
5. Make any adjustments if you need to
6. Work on it more
1: Spend 5 mins less on your device today. Then do it again tomorrow, and the next day, until it becomes a habit.
2: Go to bed when you are told to, and do at least 10 pages of reading before falling asleep.
3: Wake up every morning and say 3 things that you love out loud (challenge: donβt say materials, but people or experiences!)
4: Right when you get home from school, do a little bit of homework before you have fun.
Dream it
Plan it
Execute it
Evaluate it
That’s a great response to today’s question – it’s important to have dreams, but the dream needs a plan, execution, and evaluation for it to become reality
1. Choose something you want to be great in
2. Google people who have accomplished what you want to
3. Find out what those people did to achieve what they have
4. See how you can implement those practices into your life
5. Create a schedule where you work on those practices every day and stick to it
