I feel that I have grown quite a bit from your messages and challenges. The biggest thing was getting over my procrastination about meditation, appreciating my good habits and learning how to start new habits and strategies.

My 1% experience has been awesome, the new concepts, ideas, and things I have learned have been life changing. I think we should do that meeting again where we all went on zoom. That was really fun!

Happy Juneteenth to you, too, Tracie. The holiday (and this 1% Tribe forum) provides a liberating feeling from things that hold us back.
My experience with the 1% Tribe has been good for me as it provides new insights, brings about opportunities to learn and grow, reminds me of priorities, goals and processes that I should be focused on, and connects me with a community of professionals that offer stimulating perspectives for discussion and deliberation.
How the 1% Tribe can further develop is by:
• Engaging in a quarterly Zoom or Google Meet gathering to bond, share accomplishments and challenges, and network.
• Take turns collaborating with our Tribe Founder and Leader to produce self-created or “borrowed” content on this forum (e.g., themes, quotes, videos, text, and activities)
• Reduce the number of interactive presentations launched by Q per week from from 7 (daily) to 5 (weekdays only) to give participants time for more online dialogue. This may foster deeper and more numerous conversations.

My experience is great! I can’t believe it hasn’t even been 1 full year, it feels like it’s been part of my life forever. And maybe we can share the messages with friends and family more to help us grow.
I have definitely changed since these messages. Reading and listening to these videos each day kind of refocus me and help me on a day to day basis
