My morning routine has not changed yet but will begin to on 4/1. I have been pretty consistent with my prayers and exercise of course brushing my teeth lol! Now, I will be including meditation, thanks to you and The 1% Tribe
My morning routine has improved. Reading this message has become a big part, this allows me to start my day with something positive and to remind me to reflect on my accomplishments and also concentrate on what I want to improve.

My morning routine has not changed yet. But I think the best part I like about the video is not to set morning alarm on my phone & I need to change that! I am glad to be part of 1% tribute
My morning routine has improved drastically. I no longer go on my phone immediately and instead have added meditation, journaling, and the 1% message. I enjoy not looking at my phone until I’ve gone through my routine.

My morning routine has definitely improved since starting 1%. While I haven’t gotten to a full exercise routine due to early morning meetings, I have gotten into the habit of starting with a stretch, 10 push-up and 30sec plank. Great way to activate my body. Also, starting with the positive messages gets my mind in a good place to start the day!
Day 1: Despite intention, I found myself letting the anxiety of others impact my sense of calm. Tomorrow I will practice deep breathing when/if outside influences or negative thoughts surface.
Day 2: Better today although not where I need to be. There were multiple opportunities to negatively impact my calm – 4 hour drive in traffic, etc… I practiced deep breathing…
Day 3: I will support my teenage children but will let them make their own mistakes and learn from them. I won’t let the need to “fix” their shortfalls impact my day of clam and peace. Easier said than done 🙂 but that is today’s mission
Day 4: I feel good about yesterday. I didn’t raise my voice, which is a big accomplishment for me.. and overall, had a positive calm day. Today I will continue with the practice of acceptance, living in the moment and not taking everything so serious. Deep breathing is key.
Just by responding to this message first thing ,I get my brain fired up before work. The positive motivation helps me focus. I aldo stuck to my commitment of morning exercise, even if just for 10 minutes😄
Yes 100%, my morning routine has gotten so much better. I actually have one, for starters, and I am able to achieve so much more than I ever had been able to in a day after I started with this morning routine.
My morning routine is still the same. The only things I would add back is 10 minutes of meditation and a stretching routine.
yes it has. i’m doing more things in the morning instead of just waking up and getting ready. now i have an actual routine that i’ve been following.
My morning routine has improved since being a part of the 1% tribe. I started to find myself not laying in bed and picking up my phone after I wake up. I also make my bed right after I wake up instead of later in the day and reading this message has become a part of my routine as well.
Yes, it’s less stressful and more organized. Less time is being wasted.
My morning routine has definitely changed. I make a concious effort to make my bed and eat a healthy breakfast while journaling before I jump into schoolwork. I want to try waking up a bit earlier so I can start incorporating more good habits into my morning routine.

My perspective has been moved back to a positive state. This platfotm has been very helpful for me. I find the messgaes, videos , and tasks helpful and they push me to think productively. Some days I read the message in the evening because my mornings can be a little busy. I also like the quiet time of the evening.
Absolutely my morning routine has improved significantly. I’m way more focused in the morning because I’m organized and have a routine. This allows for me to create and accomplished my to do list faster. The results are my days have become way more productive. The 1% tribe helped with that
My morning routine has been more active, I’ve been doing more things that benefit me physically and mentally like drinking water more often.
