Yes I have been really consistent. My morning routine hasn’t really changed for weeks and its been working for me! My nightly routine has had some readjusting done to it, which is really good.
My routines have not been as consistent as I want them to be, I’m a mom, wife, daughter and to many times I let the needs of others derail my plans.
My morning routine has become pretty consistent👍..I make sure to get at least 15 minutes of some type of exercise in the AM to start my day right.
Then I say, ,” I feel good, I knew that I would now!”🙂
I am very pleased with my morning and nighttime routine and very grateful for this!!!
My night routine is pretty consistent depending on the day. There is grading ,and planning (work). Then there us cooking dinner or maybe some household things. I am currently working on changing some of that to me time, walking and or exercising.
Very consists me on my morning and evening routines. In the am I know I have 1hr to get ready before I have to leave. I try to do all my prep work at so that why I’m not rushing in the am. I had stressful mornings. At night I know bedtime is at 10p. I get what needs to be fine when I come home from work so that I’m in the bed by 10. Everything is routine for me.
I have been pretty consistent in my nighttime and morning routines.
I am generally consistent. The main thing that derails my routine is if I have a very early lift in the morning and don’t have time to do my entire routine.
Recently, I have locked into my studies and trying to learn the fields I intend to work in.
