Don’t get frustrated if it feels like all you’re doing is chipping away at something too big for you. That’s exactly how masterpieces are eventually made.

Thanks to you Coach Q and the 1% Tribe I am proud to say that I have started and completed my first 30 days of meditation using the Calm app.
I am so grateful and I feel so much calmer (please pardon the pun) and truly at peace!
I think that I have became more intentional over the last 30 days. I think that I have really made sure I was doing everything to get better not just to go through the motions
I have been more intentional about my physical and mental health. These are areas I prioritised but the disapline has made me intentional in all areas.
Yes I have been pretty intentional in the last 30 days. Iโve been working hard at school, and doing that hard work in order to produce the outcomes I want from school.
Thanks to the 1% Tribe, Virtual Training, myself, and my support system around me, I have become so much more intentional in the past 30 days and especially the last week.
I have been more intentional in the past 30 days, everything iโve been doing has been towards accomplishing my goals and I have been working harder towards them more recently than in the past.
In the past 30 days I have not been more intentional but I am working on getting it back.
There two things I can relate this quote to. First my recovery from several car accidents that left me severely injured. The doctors told me to get the maximum result from the surgeries and a full recovery its going to take a lot of patience. Small steps and little movements will get me there. I am doing just that and I see the growth. The other is as an artist I intentionally make several sketches before I start the real painting. Every small gesture allows you to see the end result clearly. Rushing it usually gives you an unsatisfactory result and not a masterpiece.
I have been mor intentional with taking time for me. Whether that is taking a nap, reading a book, or going outside with my daughter. I am actively working to write down my goals, review them, and adjust as needed.
