They lead by example, they listen and are open to suggestion, They can adapt to any situation, they are encouraging, supportive, and motivating, and they communicate not dictate.

a good leader can’t judge,
a good leader has to set good examples,
a good leader has to over come obstacles,
a good leader needs to work hard
a good leader needs to be self aware
