Wake up with a better attitude. When my alarm clock goes off I wake up so grumpy from being disturbed from my good. Then I dragged through my morning routine. I need to appreciate, right off the back, that I woke up to see another day.
Exercise. I realize when I exercise in the morning I generally feel good about things though out the day.
Also for me when my mom wakes me up (because I would never be able to get up on my own) half the time I’m grumpy and don’t want to get up. The other half of the time I’m ready to get up and ready to start the day.
One thing that can make my morning better is to not reach for my phone. Opening social media or my messages take so much time from my morning and makes me feel like I have wasted a good morning. Waking up straight from my bed will make me feel more productive and give a better start to my day.
Start the day by doing something for myself. I get up with the kids’ schedule on my mind and what they need. I love the summer when I can get up and go for a run before anyone is up. I just don’t have that same feeling during the school year with their school schedules and activities.
Be more consistent with my excercise in the morning
I currently start my day with nursing my twins. I am wanting to start getting up a little bit before then to get some reading done or enjoy some quality time with my husband before both of our day begins.
Wake up with lots of energy so I can do everything for my family & friends with right attitude!
I like others need to be more consistent with my exercise. it really changes ur attitude smand energy, even if its only 10 minutes. 💪
Instead of waking up early and looking straight for my phone, maybe I should start going for a run or walk when I wake up to start my day.
To start my day better I should force myself out of bed a couple minutes after I wake up instead of staying drowsy in my bed. This will give me more time in my day as well as make me focus better.
Wake up less grumpy. I think the solution is that when I wake up, one of the first things I should see are a motivational message (IE go to the 1percenttribe website in the morning)
Exercise
One thing I can do to better start my day is make my bed in the morning when I wake up. I think that starting with this task will help me be more active during the day
Dance it out to one song in the morning. This helps reduce stress and is a fun escape for a few minutes.
