Thank you! Thank you!
My perfect day would begin with waking up with a beaming smile on my face. A prayer of gratitude for my blessings…my family, health and joy. I would ask God to pattern my steps and my words so that I may be a blessing to someone else.
Then, I would go outside on a beautiful beach in Barbados or St. Lucia and enjoy the peace and beauty. A seaside massage. Explore the beauty of the island with family and friends, dinner and dancing on a moonlight cruise. Then, thank God for the gift of such a beautiful day and fall asleep with a beaming smile on my face.
A perfect day would include waking up in the morning with points in the board. I would have all three of my workouts, and finishing all of my homework, and school quickly while productively (HW in an hour and school is a set time so I would focus on getting the most of that time.) my perfect day would also include 3 meals of food that I really enjoy but is still healthy ( some pastas, some types of rice, etc.) My perfect day would also include work for my internship. I would include an 2-2.5 hours in total. My day would be from 4:30/ 5:15PM – 9:00/ 9:30 PM.
My day would also include 30 mins of good, and productive drums practice as well as 45 mins of debate work. My ideal and perfect day also includes at least 20 mins of time to relax and either just sit there, or enjoy myself. Finally, it would include some yoga.( 5 mins maybe)
I love today’s presentation. Tq
A perfect day for me would begin at 4:30Am – meditate, do breathing exercises, 1%tribe. This takes an hour. Help my husband with pain from recent surgery.
Then begin my day with some stretches and 20min cardio. By 7 complete these morning routines. Then make breakfast and cook healthy and interesting meals for family. Do my Pooja (Offering prayers).
Be there for my kids in whatever they me without getting frustated or loosing my cool 😀
Read a book for 1hr and listening to music whenever I can during the day.
Be there and do as much as I can to everyone and anyone outside family who need help.
End my day with a smile, feeling of fullness and gratitude.
A day that includes meditation/prayer, exercise, laughter, peace, no anger or irritation, advancement in some area of my life or the life of someone that I love, and connection to close friends/family. Finally throw in a beautiful ocean, amazing meal and a perfect glass of wine to end. Perfect day!
A perfect day for me would be when I am the most productive. When I complete many things throughout the day I feel so good. A perfect day for me would include, some outdoor time, a workout, reading and watching a good tv show or movie. I would also love to spend time talking to my friends and baking something. Mainly, a perfect day for me would be a day when I am not laying down doing nothing and when I would be making the best use of my day.
First self
waking up
spending time studying the word and with God. Give thanks and praise for my blessings and ask for them to continue and for me to be helpful not hurtful to those I encounter during my day.
Move on to something else that will educate, challenge and inspire.
Get out of bed and exercise to keep my body and mind as healthy as possible.
Then take on what ever needs to get accomplished for the day
Give thanks I made it through the day and reflect
My perfect day starts with me waking up at 6:00 and doing exercising for 10 minutes. Then, I work on my basketball skills for 45 minutes. Once this ends, I head upstairs to breakfast, and when that is done, I get ready for school. I will probably have about 20 minutes extra, which can be devoted to thinking about a new idea for a book. Then, I take a 10 minute break (real break, not going on a device or tv) before going to school energised. I finish school and still feel energetic, then going to play practice. After this, I do some calisthenics and then my homework, going to bball and getting ready at 5:20. Once I am done, I finish my work and go to sleep.
My perfect day would involves waking up with nothing of my body hurting. I start writing my daily affirmations, journaling, and the rest of my morning routine. I get up have an amazing breakfast ( I’m not picky so 🤷🏽♀️). I complete all my work in a timely fashion with enough time to get a solid lift in. If it’s an off day, take my dog for a walk and come back and watch some movies. If we have practice, I coach our players up confidently to be prepared for our next game. And the best part at the end of the day is everything on my to do list is crossed off 😂
My house is cleaned and quiet, dinner is cooked, and I’m sitting in my recliner, warm and snuggly reading a good book.
The day I am most productive and improved myself. It would also include helping others and enjoying the company of my family and friends.
