POSSIBILITIES OF SUCCESS

Presentation
Thought

What this means to me goes way beyond feeling optimistic or trying to be positive. This is about putting your mind on things that actually can produce great results. You can start testing things out with trial and error or it could take some research but when all is said and done, it’s better that you put your efforts into things that can produce than to worry about things that don’t.

Worrying does nothing good for your accomplishments. There are definitely things that you should be concerned about but you still need to make sure you control the controllables. In some instances, failure is a staircase that takes your success to higher levels. If that is the case, you still shouldn’t worry about it. Instead, use it for what it’s worth. A springboard for new accomplishments or at least good experience to improve future decisions.

You’re better off working on discovering what you can create and exploring creative ways to achieve your goals. It’s difficult enough trying to overcome obstacles and adversity. Use your mind as a resource to fuel your ambition. Everything won’t be successful but you will be significantly more successful when you concentrate on ways you can win.

Worry does not solve anything for me.
I use this theory- Did I cause the problem? Can I control the problem? Can I cure the problem?
If the answer is no then I do not get involved in the problem.
There are not a lot of problems that warrant the disruption of my joy
Also, I wanted to let it be known that the app changed my rating from a 5 to a 4

I feel that I can relate to this quote a lot. Sometimes it don’t try something or choice not to do it because I think I’ll be bad at it. Instead I should look at the upside instead of thinking that I might fail.

Yes I tend to worry. But I tell myself a lot of times that worrying makes you suffer twice, and I’ll try to minimize the task I have to do and do it in chunks (I tend to worry when I have a large amount of things I need to do).

Me too Ally, sometimes breaking down things helps me a lot and reduces my worrying.

I am a worrier – it’s in my DNA. Because I know this about myself I have to take deliberate actions to keep me on track. These actions involve meditation – reflecting on past fears and situations that have turned out to work in my favor. Even the failures and times when I was not living my best life – these were the times I grew the most. This immediately gets me out of “worry mode” and reminds me that God is in control. Keep taking action to live my best life and watch all things manifest for good. Instead of worrying I’m actually beginning to enjoy the process.

Great message today, also loved the video. I am a worrier. I have learned overtime to identify my worries and release them. Worry for me connects to anxiety, learning to manage both has been one of my goals for years. Always improving, with some set backs, for me that’s OK too.
One message I tell myself is,” there are no mistakes.” Hard as things may be at times or scary, its all good. Good stuff Q!

I am not a worrier, but when I do worry, to calm myself down, I try to put my focus on something else. Like for example, if I am worried about school, I will usually workout and rethink why I am worrying and what for. I then come back to what I am worried about and tackle that problem.

GM, I am not a worrier ( my Mom is, Lord🤒) Onr of my mottos is you can’t solve problems while you’re sleeping, so the most part I don’t let it keep me up at night. Addition I do have the gift of compartmentalizing. When I’m not working on a solution I put problems to the back of my mind.
Remember, if you worry you’re not praying, and if you pray, don’t Worry. 🙋‍♀️

I am definitely a worrier. I worry about everything and anything. I sways think the worst. It has been wearing me out so lately I’ve been taking a deep breathe and telling myself not to worry about things I can’t control. I’m trying not to think to far ahead and just live in the moment. I’ve also been listening to the advice of a good friend. She said put your worries on a self and let God take care of them.

I am not a huge worrier. It usually depends on the situation and who is involved. A phrase I love is “control the controllables” because that’s all we can ever really do.

I don’t necessarily worry a lot. Truthfully, I rarely think about things/events outside of what’s in front of me throughout the day.

I am not a worrier. I am surrounded by people that are ( my husband, my mom, sisters) but I tend to not worry especially until it is warranted. I figure when the time comes, I’ll make a plan and deal with the issue then.

I am very worried usually and this is because I believe things are worst than they actually are and over think events that have already passed. I I gets nervous and start to over think and imagine the worst. This usually doesn’t positively affect me and actually makes me less confident because I am worried about messing up or being looked at differently.

I have learned that worrying does absolutely nothing for you and it really waste VALUABLE time. I have grown to the point where I’m able to work on “ignore” the stress that comes with worrying . I have learned (and still learning) to control my mind and not think those thoughts. One saying that I use a lot is, “It is what it is, until it isn’t”. This makes me focus on the things I cam control and going hard at them, no matter how much the cards are stacked against me.
