I don’t know for sure what triggers my most productive state of being, but what I have noticed is that…
1. No distractions such as YouTube
2. I understand what exactly needs to be done
3. I put pressure on myself to finish it NOW
4. I listen to white noise to tune out distractions around me
5. I have a feeling of purpose

I never really actively paid attention to what makes me my most productive, but this is why I can think of and understand right now. I can recall the day I was most productive. It was a Saturday in February. I can’t completely recall the date though.

I am most productive when I have made a commitment to someone or a task that I have taken on. I realize the resources that I need to complete the project. I commit to a work space where I am able to be focused.

I find my triggers start with having a specific deadline this helps me to focus. Because I work in a deadline, time is money driven atmosphere I have to be motivated pretty much every day. As a result of this mentality, I wanna do more for myself, so I gets the most done in between assignments at wotk.

Something that triggers my productive state of being is usually when there is a reward or something I can look forward to at the end. If there is something I am excited for that comes after my tasks, I usually am more productive and do the task I need to do more efficiently while it is still the best quality.

Sometimes I wake up with a strong inner drive to get stuff done. Other times, it may be motivation from others that sparks my productivity. I know that when I begin my day with prayer and quality time with the LORD, the day is much smoother, a lot more gets accomplished and I am able to handle issues and stress easily.

I am most productive with school work when there is a deadline. In terms of self improvement I am most productive if I start my day right away and don’t hit the snooze button.

I am most productive when I recognize that although my long-term goals require patience, they have huge benefits and outcomes. I think sometimes it’s easy to lose focus and motivation when you forget why doing something us worth it.

Deadlines help as a trigger to be productive. Also, removing distractions ( phone, kids) help to be productive.

I would have to say what triggers my productive state is when I have a deadline for something. I am driven to get it done. I also tend to be driven and productive if I get a good nights rest.

The most productive state of being in my opinion would have to be when you don’t have any distractions such as Mobile devices or any sounds and you are just focused into your work and you are tunneled vision into what you are doing. However I believe that the difficult part would have to be starting to work and moving into that productive state. The most productive day I could remember would have to be when I was at the Franklin library doing school work and studying for the SSATs.

I notice that my most productive state tends to be when there are no distractions near me and I have a plan.

Having a plan helps me stay on track and be productive during my day. Going to bed on time ensures that I have energy to wake up on time and start my day off by being successful in the little things. Also, giving myself grace, picking up where I left off, and being flexible all help when the day goes differently then planned.

My most successful days were when I had a positive attitude, took changes as they came and yet, still stuck to my guns and completed the items that I planned to do.
