- Do you have a game plan for accomplishing at least TWO goals this week? What if your plan fails? How would you get back on track? How committed are you to making progress? Please share in the comments.
Thank you!
I like the ten painful truths, especially 3,4, and 5. I think we have to know the difference between doing busy work and doing productive things. I also think that I have to remember that failure is is the way to success. It is also important to not just think of the plan but to go through with it.
i really enjoyed the ten painful truths, they diffidently are going to stick with me. if i ever fail i just try it do it again but maybe do something different, or maybe i just have to keep on doing it.
The Ten Painful Truths are truly eye opening! I really enjoyed reading them and they are completely appropriate for everyone to know. They help to put things into perspective about life and to give a couple pointers on how to live life as best as one can.
I really liked the Ten Painful Truths as well!
I do have a game plan and I will evaluate how I am doing throughout each day and at the end of the day. If my plan fails I will adjust and keep trying to hit the mark. I am committed to making progress.
2 goals: (1) Close daily circles on Apple Watch; (2) take steps towards next career progression. On #1, will make adjustments to close half loop be mid-day to reduce the push at the end of the day. On #2 , I’ve scheduled 2 meetings on my calendar to force the commitment to have proactive discussions on career.
I really appreciate today’s quote, it is easy to turn in the towel, at times I am sure we all want to.
I do have two goals this week, and to hold myself accountable I have shared them with a friend. I also know that if it fails there is always next week or the next day. I am pretty committed to making progress, the more I do the more excited I become about the outcomes.
I love the ten painful truths- especially number 10. I do have goals for this week. If I don’t meet them this week- I will work on them for next week as well. Progress, even just a little will help keep me motivated.
I do have a plan for working on two goals, my 64 notes for PCR and my submitting of the recording for Orion and the Scorpion. If my plan fails, I will start making even more time for it by doing it during lunch (already doing it during flex). I am very committed to making progress. I also plan on doing this for my second class requirements
Two things I need to finish by the end of the week are recording “Russian Sailor’s Dance” for my orchestra and finishing most of the requirements for Second Class. If I fail, I will make sure I do the recording first thing in the morning on sunday and spend the rest of my free time that day doing the boy scout stuff.
I do have a game plan for two goals this week. Either way, if my plan succeeds or fails, I will spend time on Saturday reflecting on my goals for the week.
If I do fail, I will…
Using this information, I will set another goal/goals and make a better plan/plans.
I am very committed to making progress and I really want to get better.
I don’t have a specific game plan for accomplishing 2 goals, but I do have a generic idea of what I want to do during the week to improve in certain aspects. If my plans fail, I can try to pick back up from where i left off and make up for lost time, or i can extend my goals if needed
I really like the 10 painful truth & specially 3 & 5
I truly hope that this quote is true because it’s very hard to wake everyday and give 100% and not know how far you are from achieving your goals. My plan isn’t always a plan. I attempt to wing it everyday. But I believe I need to plan every day to the smallest detail
