I like how the video said that your mind hits the limit before your body. I find that this is true and if we can learn to fight past our mental limit we can do great things.

I haven’t had that Will Smith exact mindset, but I think the “one more go” and working backwards from the thought of your goal is really valuable.

I dream about, constantly think about, and wrote down what I want. I’m holding on to my vision and working to see it through.

I have taken time to see what I want as if it already exists. Sometimes I daydream and zone out like I am already an NBA player and playing in a game. That is my dream and I constantly hold onto visions of what I want to become.

I have not thought about taking the time to see what I want as if it already exists just because I never thought of it in that way. I didn’t have the idea to do that, but I will definitely try it in the future to help me with motivation.

When I was 12 years old my dad taught me to play chess. Once I learned how to play wr plsif chess every night for a year. I beat him twice that year. What I gained however, propelled me forward and gained me my dad’s respect.

I have taken the time, but I need to take the necessary steps to make sure it is constantly in my mind and not a passing thought.
