I would say inspiration to stay positive and motivated to my list. I just called my niece, who I do t see often to tell her how much I appreciate her. Her response, I prayed to God for some positive affirmation from someone and now you call. She was so thankful. Thank you for the daily golden nuggets. They are blessings.

It is important for you to make sure that your routine is pointing you toward where you want to go and you are not doing just for the sake of doing it. You don’t want to be wasting your time if it is not getting you to were you want to be.

A mix of both Is great. Tips and tactics help me in bringing about changes to become 1% better. But getting the tips everyday would become too much to keep up with. So I would love a mix of both.
