Thank you! Thank you!
Micheal Jordan! To me is a perfect story of hardwork, discipline, perseverance, self challenging and mental determination. Watching his story never gets old and gets me hyped up before everything i do. That you can be looked over, rejected and hated on and as long as you are willing to put the effort in and push through you can be great is what i gained from countless hours of watching stories about him. I believe Jimmy Butler has a similar story as well….
I would say that my mom inspires me the most. She is a woman who has accomplished so much in her life. Even when adversity was in her way at times, she never allowed that to stop her from succeeding. She is resilient, funny and a person who is always there for others.
Coach Q inspires me the most. He helps me create the want and the meaning in my life. Q inspires me off of a dream and helps create it into reality.
Coach Q also inspires me the most. He makes me feel like I can do anything but also gives me feedback. He pushes me past my limits and motivates me to do everything to the best of my ability.
I appreciate you and I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to your journey.
Thank you for your kind words and for your trust.
I can’t really choose JUST ONE, so the people who inspire me the most are my mother and father. They both encourage me to be a good person and push me to be better. A close second is my sister.
I have two people that inspire me the most.
The first person is my mom, Denise. She has worked so hard to not only provide my siblings and I with a good life but to also train and prepare us for real life. She has willingly sacrificed in many areas to insure that we are given her very best. She makes room and time for me, even now that I’m adult. She is there to give advice and answer questions. She’s done many incredible things and I strive to do the same and be an amazing mother, just like her.
The second person is my husband, Nathan. He works a very hard, manual labor job, and has for the last 5 years. As our family has grown, he has strived to do his very best to provide for not only himself and I but also our three kids. Due to the nature of his job, he had very little time to spend with myself and the kids during the week. He sacrifices sleep to get up and ensure out daughter gets to spend time and play with him. He didn’t pick an easy job but does it with joy and diligence that makes me very proud to call him my husband. He doesn’t brag or make known his accomplishments, so I make sure to do that.
I am very grateful for my mom and husband. They inspire me to work hard, strive to be my very best, and show me that self sacrifice for others is worth it.
My grandmother on my fathers side inspires me the most. Before she passed she was such a sweet and loving woman who still had an edge but every time I’m with my father I learn about all the things she went through to keep the family safe and together. My grandfather was a decorated cop in Newark so she had to deal with a lot that normal wives and mothers don’t have to. So to hear the stories of her strength through those times in raising 5 kids just one makes me proud to be her granddaughter, but also instills the hope that I may be just as strong as her
1- I think I am good at being there for others (Ex. even when i had 100 things to do one day, i still came and helped my sister fix her door)
2- I am good at making friends with people (Ex. anywhere I go i somehow bond with someone and become acquaintances
3- I am good at being honest (Ex. I tell my mom the truth even if it means i’m getting in trouble LOL)
someone who inspires me is Coach Q. He always keeps his word and with whatever he is doing he always tries to figure out the best way to do it .
Thank you for saying that. I’m glad I can help, even if it’s in a small way.
I listen well. I know that sounds easy but actually listening without thinking what you’re going to say next is not common. I’m good at empathy. I’m good at stepping into someone else’s shoes. I try very hard to not think I’m above things and often feel like there but for the grace of God go I. Finally I communicate well. When I’m teaching I will find out what my students like and use things they’re interested in to help me teach a particular concept.
I’m most inspired by my husband. He is constantly driven to do more. Regardless of how much he’s accomplished or we accomplished together he is always seeking to get better and encourage greatness. Although sometimes exhausting he’s always inspirational.
Sweetest thing I’ve ever known..
Some people that inspire me are my dad because of his work ethic and how he never gives up and Kobe Bryant because of how great of a person he was and his positive outlook on life.
I get inspired by watching the growth of my labors. It could be very small things or large. Thats what keeps me going and trying to improve. If I see growth I feel my work is not in vain.
I also get inspired by others who are doing things that move me. Leadership, trail blazers, and just plain kindness. I love the diagram you have that shows the bumps and bruises to successes. Man, if the ain’t the absolute truth!
Fair are several people who inspire me all of them African American females. The 1st was my mom followed by my sister, and several awesome friends.
None of these women new the word quit and as a result I am inspired and believe if I want it then never quit until I have it.
For me it is Kobe. he is so determined and he shwos strength. As a kid he trained himself to recah his goals
I would say my mom
My dad inspires me the most because he is an incredibly hard worker and I aspire to have the work ethic and determination he does.
I’m inspired the most by my wife. I hit life’s lottery marrying her. Early in our relationship, I learned what she was made of and she’s made me a better person. She lights up every room she enters and she has the spirit of an angel. I’m inspired to get better & do better because she deserves it.
I’m inspired by those around me that continuously grow better & better. They come from the same backgrounds as me, yet are finding a way to achieve more than what is given.
Patience is a key personality that will make the reward sweet but will make the journey even more sweeter when looking back on what you have done and the hard work you have put to get to where you want to be. It’s a marathon, which means a little bit at a time. It may not seem that much, but the surface keeps chiseling every so light, which is still technically progress.
My mother has inspired me the most. I remember when she was leaving her job at working for her church before since I was born! She decided to take a different route and start her own business. At first times were slow, but now it’s paying off. She was very patient to get opportunities to facilitate needs for other countries. She has worked with Facebook, visited the president of business in New Jersey (honestly I don’t know the name of it). My mom was invited by her personally to have a meeting and have a good chat with her. She is thriving, very very well!
