These messages are impacting my life very positively. The last big thing I have learned from the 1% Tribe is the the effort you put really impacts what you will get out. Though I misused that lesson and went a little too hard on the treadmill, It taught me a valuable lesson about hard work. Thanks and great job as almost always!
