I do when I’m running. It’s either to go a bit faster or a bit further. I like to test my endurance, mind control and will power. I talk to myself and say let’s see how far you can go today or how fast you can finish. Doing this has allowed me to compete numerous marathons which checked one of my bucket list items. Never would’ve thought I would accomplish that. Now At the end of my runs I see how fast I can finish. Helps to build up my cardio and shows me when I think I’m done I always have more to give.

I am alway pushing myself out of my comfort zone because that is the only way deliberate growth occurs.

I feel like for this year that is the main thing that I have to do. In basketball I have to do that to play a position I don’t want to play and in life I have to do that whether it is dealing with someone I don’t want to deal with or even tired of working a lot.

I am always pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I have learned so much about myself through each challenge.

Wow! This is awesome!
I have spent a good deal of time out of my comfort zone. I am not comfortable being on camera. Not a fan of full face zooms. However, I have done over 200 full face Zoom presentation since March and am about to tackle Facebook Live and video blogs. In March I had no idea how to get on a zoom and no intention of showing my face.
I realized that the information I had to share was more important than my hiding in my contacts Mt org zone and I have seen by business and my team grow.
Comfort zones are the enemy of progress and as Loris said “deliberate growth happens outside of our comfort zone.
So I am going to continue to strive to grow in the area of putting my best face forward in places and platforms I am not comfortable in

I challenge myself regularly. In fact, I’d say at least twice a day with my workouts (mostly three time a day). I also challenge myself to wake up everyday at 4:30 AM. Another way I challenge myself is to self asses every 30 mins and become more self aware. To add onto that, I challenge myself with my weekly goals I set. For example, this week my goals were to reduce my screen time by another 10%, work on my debate everyday, and wake up at least 4 days in a row at 4:30 AM. So far, I am on pace to finish all of my goals.

I would say that I do not push myself out of my comfort zone on a regular basis. There are moments where I will attempt, get frustrated and go back to what’s familiar. After reading and watching the video on Deliberate Practice, I now have a strategy that will help when I become frustrated.

I find that I am regularly pushing myself out of my comfort zone. Even if sometimes it is hard and uncomfortable I try to remind myself that this is only making me better and the pain will go away. I find that this helps me to push myself to do my best every day.

I believe in basketball I always push myself outside of my comfort zone. Whether it’s stepping up and showing leadership above the rest or pushing to finish a suicide just a bit faster. Whenever I start to feel uncomfortable I think to myself this is where I am getting better which motivates me to go further.

I do push myself out of my comfort zone in many areas of my life and always realized that it was worth it.
Though there are some areas I take easy way 😐

Unfortunately, I do not think I push myself outside of my comfort zone enough. I did do it today, but I need to it daily, not twice a week.

I have to be honest, I don’t often push myself outside my comfort zone, but I am trying to change that because I am starting to understand and realize that you can’t expand when you limit yourself to what is easy for you. So now I am beginning to practice difficult and more advanced training when I’m in my driveway, instead of staying in the proximity of my comfort.

You will know who you really are and what you can do when stepping up and taking charge at what you are trying for the first time. Putting aside all those doubts and thoughts in your head that will tear you, will always make the best impact in your life. I can’t imagine what it would be like if I didn’t try. I wouldn’t know how to be a better person!

For right now, I feel good with what I have. But at the same time, I’m ready for what is in store in the future. I am prepared to take on the challenge.

Yes I challenge myself, but not enough. I’ve been trying to take new opportunities available to me both academically and athletically, but this instance of pushing myself is gradual, and I think I need to improve by doing regular acts of bravery and going out of my comfort zone. Practicing by starting small will give me more confidence to push myself out of my comfort zone for something bigger.

I don’t push myself outside of my comfort zone as often as I now thing I should. Occasionally when I am exercising an I feel tired, I will try to push myself to go further or do more than I did the last time. In school, sometimes I try to go beyond what the teacher is teaching and try to understand it myself and implement it myself.

Very valuable video, lot of experts do this unconsciously by learning from their experiences and create the mental representation which helps you improve the outcomes. I regularly push myself out of my comfort zone and set stretch goals – pushing yourself out of your comfort zone helps boost self confidence

I use this technique regularly to build my team

I do it sometimes but I think I should do it more. When I was looking for a job I was not ready for an interview but finally I came out if my comfort zone after 3 months & went for interview, and I got the job!!!!!!

I do regularly challenge myself to push beyond my comfort zone. I put myself in new and forefront positions, even though I am a freshman, because I know I need to be there in order to be an impact player.

As of lately, I have challenged myself to learn how to live off passive income. Therefore, I am expanding outside the societal norms of working 9-5s and other work choices

I don’t think I push myself outside of my comfort zone as much as life presents opportunities and I role with them. The current season I am in is definitely something I don’t think I’d choose for myself but I am choosing to embrace it.

I am a mom of three kids under the age of 2. My daughter is 1 and I have twin sons that are 2 months old. I love this season but it comes with a lot of new challenges.

God gave me these kids and i find that when people ask me how difficult it is and comment on how they couldn’t do what I’m doing, I acknowledge their comment and remind myself that this stretch’s me and pushes me to do better.
