One thing I have been doing is taking time to be intentional in training my kids. My daughter has been signing and communicating with us since she was 11 months old. The results that I hope for with my kids requires that I am intentional in investing in them now, not later.

Something I need to stop doing is staying up super late. When I go to bed late I wake up tired and not always in the best mood. When I go to bed on time it helps set me up to wake up on time and, in turn, helps set me up for a better start to my day.

I can START taking care of my physical self by exercising every day and consciously working towards better health. Also Meditating.
I can STOP sleeping late and waking up late ๐Ÿคž

I can start journaling more consistently. Just writing about my day is so cathartic. And I can stop watching so much TV in the quiet moments of the day. Instead I should take that time to just be with myself instead of craving the screen.
