This is a great message and I think the messages are such a great addition to the day! I think the messages should be a weekday thing rather than every day. Maybe on Fridayโ€™s there can be a message that helps folks reflect on over the weekend.

I agree to this. End of the week can be to reflect on the weekdays.

I really like this idea, because everyone will have something to say and it would be interesting why everyoneโ€™s weeks are like.

Appreciate the daily messages – great way to start the day. They are concise and impactful. I canโ€™t think of anything else you can do other than holding the community accountable for the commitment to respond 3 days a week and take action daily to improve. Maybe add a monthly question – โ€œare you better this month than you were last monthโ€…. an opportunity for reflection.

I really like the daily messages and I think they are quick yet super effective. I like them how they are. I think the messages have a really balance between the amount of content and quality of content. I also loved the thought a lot today. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I loved this message and video today. Very applicable. In the sense of how the 1% tribe content could improve, I would say touching bases with the members once or twice a month about how we are taking the information provided and applying it to our daily life would be great.

I don’t have any ideas about how to improve accountability, although I think it has less to do with improving the 1% makeup, rather just the accountability of the person.

One way I think I can make myself more accountable to doing 1% everyday is by having a set time to do it. I know this should be obvious, but as my schedule changed I didnโ€™t change the time to do 1%. So I will set my alarm 10 minutes earlier to have time for 1% with my morning routine.

I think you are doing enough to send related messages and tips on how to improve effectiveness and apply to daily situations. One suggestion I can make is to send out a end of week summary or create an archive. This will be a great reference

I don’t think there’s really anything that needs to be changed or enhanced at the moment when it comes to your messages. You get five different ways to learn and understand the message for the day so there are really no excuses. The only thing I would say, that’s probably already been said, is just standing firm on the accountability and demanding consistency and progress from us daily.

Absolutely nothing. Your texts are the first thing I see in the morning after turning my alarm off.

The accountability to comment at least every three days is working well. I also agree that maybe you can check in with the members weekly or monthly and get more detailed feedback on how they are consuming the messages.
