I would like to get better at reading more consistently. I would like to be able to read at least one book a month.

I want to get better about scheduling time to get grading done during my week. It is an important part of my job and I have begun to not prioritize it as I should.

I want to be more disciplined at managing my inbox. Seems like such a small task but not controlling how I deal with the volume of daily information causes unnecessary stress and creates opportunities to not focus on priorities.
