I loved the vid! I do some of the things he said such as making my bed and working out in the morning, but I have start doing other things such as drinking more water, deep breathing and reading. I thought the art where he said you should brush you teeth with your non dominant hand EAS really interesting and I will try that today.

Love Jim’s 10 morning habits. Yes I do few of these.
Remembering my dreams after I wake up, making my bed, breathing exercises, drinking water. I shifted my exercise routine to evening but yes few mins of cardio is a great idea.
I should try brushing with other hand, a brain smoothie reading a book… aaah! I feel so good just imagining doing his early morning 😊

That was great. Reinforce d some of the new habits I have added to my morning. Will try the non dominant hand for brushing my teeth.

There were definitely some things that I would incorporate into my morning routine. He mentions somethings that I already do; I will incorporate the deep breathing and try out the brushing of the teeth with the opposite hand. It would be hard to make my bed first thing as I am an early riser and my partner is not.

I like Jim’s 10 habits, 👌 I do some of it but I guess I will try to do as much as I can! The only thing surprised me was brushing with non dominant hand. I think I will try it now!

Loved this video! Very practical things to do in the morning. I am finding more and more that it’s important for me to wake up at least 30 minutes- 1 hour before my kids do so that I have time to truly wake up and begin my day on my terms doing things for me before the responsibilities of being a parent begin for the day.

Wow with twins and a toddler this has to be difficult but glad you realize that your mental health is a very important part of being a good mom. By the way hope my little cuties are doing well. Text me pics.

I loved the presentation. I do some of these but I will definitely add some too, like deep breathing exercises. I find that I feel better on days where I am able to get through my morning routine completely. This requires waking up earlier when I have to leave earlier.

I do a few of these right now like making my bed and practicing gratitude but I definitely can try a few more! I’m going to start today by being more concious of my water consumption and brushing my teeth with my left hand.

Yes, Divya, expressing gratitude is something we all need to do more often. The world would certainly be a MUCH better place if everyone adopted that habit. Thanks for raising this vital practice mentioned in Kwik’s video. (Hey, I just expressed gratitude.) 😃

I found the video interesting. For example how he talked about remembering your dreams can help you. I do so of the things in the video such as working out and making my bed. I would also like to start drinking more water and brushing my teeth with my left hand

Jim Kwik echos the advice of Caribbean moms who believe it’s a sin to leave a bed unmade. Some even make the bed when at a hotel or on a cruise. (LOL) I need to get better at staying hydrated, keeping a journal, and taking time to engage in brain-betterment activities. I’ll start brushing my teeth with my non-dominant hand to see if it improves my cognitive function by at least 1%. A very good practice towards augmenting one’s memory is the memorization of biblical texts. Memorizing poems and lines from a skit or play is a dying art in public, private and charter schools, unfortunately. Dependence on technology doesn’t help either. Too many people don’t know important phone numbers by heart and cannot accurately estimate their store purchases to avoid getting swindled at the cash register. Hopefully, we’ll hear more about these types of things from memory masters like Mr. Kwik.

I’ve definitely incorporated some of Jim’s morning habits if not altogether at one point in my life. The one that stood out most that I’ve expressed I’ve wanted to work on was reading and I think the morning for me is the best time for that opportunity. I also am an avid tea drinker but would look more into the brain power one to add

I completely agree with Jim Kwik’s thoughts on a morning routine, and yes I do a few! I should try implementing brushing my teeth with my opposite hand.

hola, a very thought provoking video. I never knew there were “actusl brain foods” , great knowledge. I do find that when I get my heart going in the AM, my brain functions better. And LEADERS ARE READERS, luv that!

I do 4 of Jim’s 10 habits. I am adding Journaling to my morning routine. I have it in my head that I journal at the end of the day a habit I have not been successful at establishing. I like adding it to my morning routine.
