1. Taking down our Christmas decorations and putting them away.
2. Feeling sad that it is over as not the same previous years but happy that my friends and love ones are healthy alive and breathing.

I need to read more.. Just some good quality time to myself and read

1. Took time to slow down and read for enjoyment.

2. Watching my kids developed their own personality. My daughter is so outgoing and charismatic. Seeing true smiles from both of my sons.

I’m in a season where many people say they don’t know how I do it. I have to continually remind myself to focus on the now and take things one thing at a time.

I’m happy to hear that you’re really taking time to enjoy the moments. Sometimes with the day to day work of parenthood it’s easy to take things for granted. But trust me the time will rush by like a lightning bolt. Enjoy every little cute thing they do.

My biggest accomplishment was being mindful and paying attention even when I’m crazy busy. It allowed me to help my daughter with a problem that if less attentive would have gone unnoticed.

Best experience was watching the swearing in of the first woman Vice President in the history of our country. The night before my daughter and I watched her read letters from little girls that were so sweet and hopeful. Regardless of politics there was so much talk of love and unity that it gave me some peace.

I need to read more. I carve out a small amount of time to read during the day, but need to make the effort to have longer reading periods.

1. My best accomplishment this week was getting a 100 on my biology test.

2. My best experience was watching Amanda Gorman recite a poem at the inauguration.

One reminder I need to make is to trust my gut, I need to be more confident in what I do.

My best accomplishment was getting my mother’s room thoroughly cleaned while catching the high points of the Inauguration- a massively successful day of multitasking and did not miss my workout.
My best experience was watching Amanda Bascom deliver The Hill We Climb-at the Inauguration. I was so proud!

i would remind my younger self to trust my gut, value my worth and to not be silent when I do not like the situation-keep joy stealers away

I need to read more as well as trusting my gut. My best decisions come from trusting my gut feeling rather than second guessing myself

I need a reminder to read more. I used to read quite a lot, but my reading has slowed down as I have finished reading a lot of the books of the genre I like, which means I need to be willing to read higher level books and ones outside of my favorite genre, if only to get more exposure and broaden my horizons.

My best accomplishment last week has been being consistently organized in my casual life which hasade things a little more clearer for me. I have continually have gotten better with that and i feel as tho im starting to lessen my anxiety about certain things i thought i had no control over.

My latest and best experience has come from constanly self improving on myself specifically about relationships and ive finally have come to the understanding that LIFE is about relationships and they can enhance your life or detract from your advancement in where you want to go. So i have decided and committed myself to “only deal with people who genuinely enjoy your energy and show that by giving you positive vibes that in return weill be mutually beneficial.”

To conclude, the thing i can say id need a reminder for is to trust my gut. Often times i make a decision too late where as i had a feeling prior that i knew i needed to make. Because procrastination=complacency=being comfortable=stunted growth and that is one of many battles I can honestly say i fight daily.

My best accomplishment this week came by studying more techniques and strategies to better my investment choice. My best experience came from actually seeing it work.

I would definitely tell myself to save every penny.

You will never see what you are capable if you restrict yourself from being uncomfortable. Comfortability is dangerous because not wanting to try something new, another person is taking a step ahead of you. Having that mindset will ultimately ruin you, we are all made to grow and learn new things since we’ve been born to what we are now. Passing up on the opportunity to get better will hurt you in the long run. We will never grow if we do this.

The reminder that I need to say to myself is, “it’s okay to fail, at least I have that precious opportunity of failing to grow myself into a better person and what I want to pursue in the future.
