In the 3 minutes as much as I tried to keep my focus on grateful I am, my mind drifted to memories of my Mom & how we use talk in the mornings and pray with each other.

Thank you for the procrastination video- what an Aha moment for me. I had to replay the video. Now recognizing that it is a stress reliever really doesn’t work… Just do it…

My thoughts circled around my puppy and how she just loves to be interacting with me. When I got down on the floor she pounced on me, tugging at my hands and shoelaces. She wanted to play and saw the opportunity to try and engage with me. She would not leave me alone for 3 minutes. But, it does make me grateful that she loves me unconditionally and just wants to be with me. Next time, I lock myself in my room.

This is a great exercise, it relieves my headache and puts me in a great sense of relaxation. Whenever I do this I feel ready to take on the day.

Started this morning off with a video call from my daughter. She makes me smile, my gratitude comes from sharing my morning and giggles with her. I have many things to be grateful for, healthy family and friends. After all these years I still love what I do. Great reflection this morning. Pushed me to release some negativity and embrace the love around me.😃

I loved this exercise. Whenever I sense myself complaining I try to get myself to name things I am grateful for instead. This has helped my overall sense of happiness and positivity throughout the day.

The three minutes went by SUPER quick! One thing I thought about was how my situation was super fortunate.
My family is not going through financial or health hardships. Because of that, I am very lucky to have a situation where I can give and receive more love, as well as have people around me who support me.

I am able to
-Love and help people, especially my mother
-Be more grateful
-Be more focused
-Work harder

Something I will make sure to do today is to tell the people closest to me how much I appreciate them, and all they have done for me.

It was a much needed peaceful moment. I begun to reminisce about all the genuine times that love was shown in my life. I almost shed a tear.

I kept thinking about how blessed we are to be able to live in a time where opportunity is everywhere. Everyday you wake up is another day to do life better. I really appreciate having a place where we all can share our experiences and grow from each other.
