I see the simple habits I’m adding as life skills that, when executed, are helping create the life style I want. The lifestyle provides more freedom and structure to my life and ultimately decreases the stress I experience

Reading one page of a self improvement book every morning is a little habit I’ve begun that does improve my sense of purpose. By working towards finishing the book and implementing it’s teachings, I have ways to make myself better and feel accomplished each time I don’t break the chain.
