Thank you! Thank you!
I have made it a habit to take time every day to read a book. Itโs still a work in progress but Iโve completed 2 books this month and am almost done with a third.
25 push ups per day
I have made a habit out of checking my google classroom a few times a day, to make sure I am up to date with any assignments.
To make sure I eat a good meal and not eat junk food
Iโm struggling with my puppy jumping up for attention. When I command her off she stops for 1 second and back at it again. My tiny habit is to bring her into her crate after the first time she does this. ( I have been lenient and placing her there after 2 or 3 times and this is not working because she keeps jumping up. I will commit to 5 times a day of placing her in the crate immediately following the first time, regardless of what I am doing.
A small habit Iโve started recently is waking up to one alarm. I used to set two alarms, both on an alarm clock across my room, and I would wake up to the first one, walk over, turn it off, get back in bed and wait for the second one. Now I wake up to one alarm and immediately start my morning routine.
That’s awesome Ally! Great job!
Thanks!! Im surprised how much it actually had helped me out.
I have to make a habit to keep up with my emails, and also try to workout in the gym more.
Read 1 page of my book a day.
Finish 10,000 steps a day!
The tiniest habit I can come up with is yoga for at least 5 mins everyday. I want to build the habit of doing it so I will start small and habit stack it after my morning prayers.
A small habit that I have found works wonders is to watch or listen to something side splitting funny before I go to sleep, funny enough to let me drift off to sleep with a smile on my face.
I have found that I wake up happier with smile in place.
I love it!!!!
I read a bible verse and reflect on it everyday before i get out of bed.
That has grown to reading something else that also inspires me
Tiny habit I can come up with is meditating few minutes right after waking up and not talking or checking my phone till I meditate.
Being great requires dedication. I remember a video when Kobe talked about if you want to be great at what you want to do, it takes tenacity and will require sacrificing things that may obstruct your progress. Distraction is very dangerous, so having passion and actually putting in the work will go a long way and will make you better at your craft and become a better person.
I need to make a habit of cleaning my room better. Having this habit will help me in the long run when Iโm older and have a family of my own.
