Wow! Day 160!!!!!
I feel it’s both. Once a good habit is part of my life I feel I have the ability to control how I address what needs to be done and that habit usually has the structure which enables me to be more efficient.

Self discipline is more gained control to me. I’m a Procrastinator so no matter what I always waste time. My self discipline is what keeps me going. Im structured so when I know I have steps to accomplish to achieve my goals I still get them done no matter what .

I think it is more gained control. Discipline, or the way it works in my life is having control over my mind and how I make decisions. It is choosing to be productive rather than allow myself to be distracted and waste time for hours. That is where discipline and mental toughness comes into play.

I see it as more gained control. It becomes a habit that you don’t even think about anymore and leads to less wasted time and effort as a result.

I agree with Chevon and Niccole. I see it as gained control and it helps the procrastinator in me. And, it also helps to form a habit- so less wasted time.

I think it is more of wasting less time and effort because when you don’t waste that time and effort, it can be put into place with other situations and things that you want to grow in. It will overall help you improve.

I see it as more gained control. It helps you see your goals clearer and prioritize what needs to get done instead of laying around telling yourself you’ll do it tomorrow.

I think that it’s both. By self discipline you are making sure that you are doing the very most you can do and also not wasting a lot of time and effort on things that don’t matter.

I agree with the group – gained control and discipline.

I think it is both, but mainly gained control. Self discipline enables me to be more efficient, i I think it really comes down to how much in control I am.

I think it is more gained control for me. It is about having control over my feelings and denying distractions which then contributes to less wasted time and effort.
