Struggle, the last seven days have been a struggle to press on but got through it.

The time to show up and follow through—— I try to start as soon as Iopen my eyes. That time can very from day to day but consistently showing up to work on you and your goals daily is what gets you there.

I am learning that I need to set boundaries and make my goals a priority. Setting aside an hour a day to work on what I want to accomplish in this next phase of my life is a start to accomplishing this.

GM, this is difficult. you can attempt to apply many of the “habits” we have talked and read about here in order to improve your life. It seems simple to do something every day but the challenge is being conscious and making it a priority 👍

Starting my day meaningfully and ending it meaningfully. Pleasant surprises and hopeful days.
Yes I will commit to improve my daily life. To improve 1% everyday I need to spend 10mins right after I wake up to do 1% tribe and depending on the area I am focused to improve, it either could be a constant work in progress or it could take couple of mins in a day.

Yes – I am committed. We’ve learned it doesn’t take much time – small task, 10-20min a day? It’s doing it consistently and building on it the habit that requires the discipline I am working to improve. Writing it down helps…

I am committed to improving my life daily. All I need to do are small habits, like reading 1% message, and make them part of my routine.

It really only takes 10 minutes. Waking up and doing 1%tribe in the morning immediately energizes me, allowing me to be more productive throughout the day while doing difficult tasks, thereby making my life improve by 1%.

One way I can improve a little bit every day is by reading the 1percenttribe messages every day and doing the challenges to improve myself

These past 7 days have been a struggle, I’ve had multiple tests metaphorically and realistically. I’ve been stressing out over different things all week long and I believe I’m better that it is all over. I believe improving a little amount a day will take only as long as you want it to take, you can take 15 minutes out your day to do a task or you can take 5 minutes, however it is all dependent on you.

I will commit a small time out of my day to grow. I believe that this only takes 10 – 15 minutes to get 1% better. It’s more about how we make that time purposeful.

The accomplishments I’ve made during the past week can be summarized as mostly collaborative endeavors pertaining to work, home, and holiday. Even those accomplishments that may have seemed personal and individual-based couldn’t have come to fruition without the support of God and people in my life.

I’ll certainly commit to taking a bit of time each day towards self-improvement that increases my quality of life by at least 1%. It takes as little as a second to achieve this goal. For example, it just takes a second to pick up a sheet of paper or laundry item from the floor even when I didn’t drop it. When I do that instead of leaving it for the next person, then I’ve made my environment a little more aesthetically pleasing and saved someone a bit of work or stress. If I smile at others through the day even if they don’t return my smile, I look and feel better than when I keep a neutral or stern expression.
It’s little things (positive and negative) that can make a small (or big) impact in our lives and the lives of those in our sphere of influence.

1. I am getting back consistent with my exercise. I worked out 5 days and I took and enjoyed my 2 test days.
2. I only need about 5 mins so that I can meditate and my mind right so that I can start my day with a positive mindset

In the last seven days, I have changed my mindset on how to approach new habits and actions I want to take.

I am committed to improve everyday. It doesn’t take much time to do small tasks that improve your life. Like about 5-20 mins.

Yes, I will continue to commit to improving myself daily through my improved morning routine. I don’t get back into bed after my first alarm, which I used to use two alarms, I do some meditation, writing, and reading, and it only takes the first 10 minutes of my day. It’s helped tremendously!

I think that it only takes about 20 minutes to improve your life by about 1% because in that time you could learn something about a topic you’re passionate about, exercise, discover a new passion, etc.

In the last seven days I have revamped my room, built largely towards a habit I am working on, edited and recited a speech for a tournament and finished a section of a editing software I am learning.

I will commit 5-30 mins a day to self improvement.

Take 10 minutes each day and identify 3 things I will accomplish before I go to bed. This will help be focus and keep moving forward. It will help me beat down fear and procrastination.
