I like to exercise in the morning, it helps energize me and sets the tone for the day! Three exercises include going on the elliptical, lifting weights, and running on the treadmill.

After watching this video, I tried meditating for 15 minutes with being focused and concentrated and i felt so good after! I will try being more mindful in my everyday tasks. For my three exercises I did a minute of burpees with a push-up, the treadmill and jump squats with dumbbells.

I thought this video described the importance of rituals for concentration really well!

Three of the exercise I did today were burpees with a pushup, squat jumps, and planks.
