STOP WASTING TIME

1. We are starting the Journal Challenge today. If you don’t already have a journal, get a notebook or create a digital document.
2. Journal: Always write the date & try to document at least one current event that stands out in your mind [i.e. “WNBA Draft”, “R.I.P. Adam Toledo”, “Chilly at 55 Degrees”]
3. Journal: In TWO sentences or less, write down what you believe is your purpose in life. If you have trouble being clear, start with what makes you feel significant.
