A mini habit I have developed is deleting YouTube every night and updating my note sheet everyday.

Benefits of deleting Youtube every night:
1. Makes the environment more challenging so I don’t mindlessly go on YouTube in the morning
2. Makes my morning much more effective and efficient
3. I can jumpstart my morning and therefore get significantly more done during that day.
Ex: on Monday I deleted YouTube for the night, so on Tuesday by 12 Pm (with school) I got more work done then I would get done on a normal day without deleting YouTube.

A mini habit I would like to build is doing yoga for 1 min everyday and then gradually building that habit up to a longer time such as 10 to 20 mins.

I would highly recommend just deleting the app that distracts you the most at night before you sleep so you don’t mindlessly click on it and waste time.

A mini habit that I developed is doing push-ups. I started off only doing 25 a day then added 3 each day until I got up to doing close to 1000 a day. I have now flattened out by doing 500. A mini habit I would like to develop is drinking more water.

my mini habit is to eat when i wake. it helps me get a good start to my day. I also finish my 64 oz container everyday. If I don’t do those two things then i’ll feel off for the day.

A mini habit I picked back up is having my green smoothie for breakfast. When the pandemic hit I stopped having my smoothie. Now returning to that mini habit has made my days so much better. I feel better and make better choices the rest of the day.

A mini habit I developed is to do the 5 minute journal every morning and night. It helps me plan and reflect and I enjoy writing my thoughts down. A mini habit I need to start is to drink water at designated times in order to increase my consumption.

I do the journal too!! Drinking water more consistently is definitely something I need to work on too.

Mini habit I developed is reading one chapter a day, drinking 16oz water every morning first thing, doing breathing exercises (Pranayama) every morning (which I hv to get more disciplined at). I have to develop mini habit of checking my phone every 1hr for maybe 10mins and keeping it away rest of the time.

A mini habit I should develop is daily affirmation. Just to keep myself motivated in times like this.
