Yes take the stairs and park as for away from the door at stores as you can. If it’s not raining Lol. I will admit for a long time I blamed technology for alot and I still believe there are things about technology that encourage bad habits. But ultimately the decision we make about our own use of technology is up to us.

I can be distracted at times. When it happens I realize itโ€™s time to refocus. So I start with taking a break and identify the distractions. Once I know what it is, i commit to limiting them. Example: putting the phone face down on silent.

I do get distracted easily, particularly when Iโ€™m doing a task Iโ€™m not excited to do. If time allows, instead of fighting through the need to be distracted, I take a walk with a Ginger. It usually gives my brain the break it needs. If I do not have time, a 5min exercise burst really helps me get back on track.

I feel that I am easily distracted if itโ€™s not something Iโ€™m into. If I am doing something that I am interested in I find that I donโ€™t get distracted that easily. But if it is something I find boring I tend to get distracted a lot more.

I donโ€™t get easily distracted but I get distracted about 3 times a day. My distractions are what I have been working on and I have brought my levels of distractions down.

Though I remain the same when it comes to the cue that follows with distractions, I have set my environment to complement hard work and less distractions. I am still working on it though.

I think the amount of distracted I get is dependent on my day and what Iโ€™m doing. I think the best way to build my concentration is by being able to eliminate distractions on the days where its most difficult to, because that will make it the strongest.

My ability to be distracted varies depending on my passion for the subject. I may pick up my phone multiple times when doing homework but never when training. In order to build my concentration I should put my phone face down when doing homework.

I totally see your point Scarlet! I am so distracted on things, I donโ€™t have a passion for or donโ€™t enjoy, but never with something that I like doing. When I get distracted, I like to refocus and think of the distractions and put them far away from me.

I get distracted quite easily, especially when I dislike the task at hand and because of this I naturally try to find something else to do. However I realized that if I remove all distractions and zone onto the task at hand I start to concentrate and from there my concentration never really breaks.

Easily distracted when I have some much stuff to do. Iโ€™ll start one task, then something will catch my eye and I will more to that. Before I know it Iโ€™m trying to do 4 different things. Iโ€™m working on focusing and completing one thing at a time l.

My phone and itโ€™s notifications are my biggest distraction. Iโ€™ll stay distracted reading articles or searching social media right up until a meeting is about to start, rather than being productive.
One thing that Iโ€™ve found makes my day waaay more productive is if I can make myself to a workout FIRST THING in the morning… itโ€™s sets the tone for my mentality the entire day

Yes I can be easily distracted. To build my concentration, I think of the reason Iโ€™m doing this for and it refocuses me. The issue I have is that I need to learn to refocus faster

I feel as if I am a pretty focused person who does not get distracted that easily. Although, I donโ€™t feel as if I do anything to build it. I do many of the tips on the list throughout the day ( eat breakfast, exercise, drink water, get outside), so maybe they help:)

I am concentrating on my morning routines. It makes the rest of the day more manageable. How you start a thing and the time and focus you spend on it is so important for a desired result.

I build my environment. Depending on the task, i will surround myself with what I deem necessary to complete it. For example if I have homework, the library is a place I can focus.

Yes, I am easily distracted but I have learned to “turn off” a lot of my distractions. I use programs that lock me out of Facebook, youtube, etc during certain times of the day. This has helped me with accomplishing task and hitting certain checkpoints in my life. I know it may seem extreme but the goals I have for my family and I are very important. Im open to trying things that help push me towards those goals faster, even if they make me uncomfortable.
